In Ethiopia, coffee is not a simple drink, but tradition that Ethiopian have pride.
Coffee is food for survival and holy present to God. So they go through a ritual when after they have a meal,pray or greet visitors as coffee ceremony.
They lay Ketma leaves on broad ground and wood tabel(Rekeot) where cups of coffee called 'Cini' are on the Ketma.
Women conduct the ceremony, wearing traditional clothes 'Netella'.
They fry coffee beans on furnace, crush and boil them with water so make coffee.
And treating three cups of coffee is manners when they do ceremony.
First cup means Flavor and is called 'Abol'.
Second cup means Happiness and is called 'Hueletanya'.
And Third cup means Bless and is called 'Bereka'.
